We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".Job Title: Call Center Representative (Tech Support)Location: Manchester, New Hampshire 03109 (Permanent Work from Home)Fix Start Date: December 2nd, 2024Pay Rate: $17/Hr on W2 basisShift Schedule: All shift available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)Job Description:Position Summary:As a front-line customer service representative, you will provide phone support to internal and external customers. You will be working with Retail Solutions, an inventory company that provides scanners and access points to retail clients for self-scan inventory. Your role will involve guiding clients through setting up equipment, accessing the reporting dashboard, and resolving any related questions or issues.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers throughout the inventory processGuide clients through equipment setup and inventory executionCoordinate internal operations to ensure timely processing of orders/requestsDocument client interactions and resolutions in the department databaseProvide information about company products and services under close supervisionDirect callers to appropriate resourcesEscalate complex inquiries to senior representativesQualifications:High School Diploma required; College background preferredLight IT background preferredPrior customer service experience (Tech Support required, not standard customer service or medical)Excellent communication skillsComputer literate with exposure to Windows environmentsPrevious remote work experience preferredSpanish-speaking candidates neededFlexible availability, especially for weekend shiftsProject Hours:December 2nd - December 26th: 20 hours per weekDecember 26th - January 12th: 20-40 hours per week, depending on activityImportant Dates:Must Work: January 6th & 7th (shifts starting at 4 AM EST)Holidays Worked: New Year's Eve & New Year's DayNote: January 13th will begin offboarding talent no longer needed.
