Responsibilities Position Summary Inventory Investigators; under general supervision, investigate and distribute material shortages for Inventory Department of Daifuku's Conveyors Shop. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Performs material expediting and transaction verification for urgent/priority work order requirements * Investigate databases, locates materials, and distributes to departments as required * Runs critical material reports,coordinates movement and obtains status and location of critical material * Follows-up on past due material and prepares daily reports to supervisor of material delays effecting work orders * Performing clerical duties, and maintaining accurate records and files of activities * Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves * May lead, guide, and train staff, student employees, and interns performing related work * Perform other duties as assigned based on Inventory Department needs * Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku's QMS policies and procedures. * Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and programs * Detail-oriented, organized and thorough * Ability to multi-task and provide team support * Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data * Ability to analyze and solve problems * Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods * Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills * Good interpersonal skills for working with various departments #LI-DNP Job Posting Min Salary Job Posting Max Salary
