Job Title: Production Supervisor - 1st & 2nd shiftsLocation: Norfolk, NebraskaSalary: $60-70K plus bonus Job Summary of the Production Supervisor: The Production Supervisor will supervise the production employees on the 1st or 2nd shift operations while ensuring quality food manufacturing products and specifications are met.Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor: * Direct and supervise personnel ensuring quality of production.* Follow all SOP's (Standard Operations Procedures)* Ensure a safe working environment adhering to all safety and health policies and procedures.* Help to resolve any operating problems or issues.* Help ensure quality food manufacturing products are produced at the lowest possible cost.* Enforce all company policies and procedures are met and followed.Education & Experience of the Production Supervisor:• 2+ years of Supervisory experience• Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience is required.• Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.• Excellent communication skills• Able to work a 1st or 2nd shift and weekends or overtime as needed.• Bilingual speaking background a plus.
