Description: -Responsible for assisting customers needs via email and phone -Customers looking to place new orders, order updates, tracking and shipment information, and order issues -Process bills of lading - Send tracking orders to customers -Process online orders -20-30 phone calls per day (the volume can be lower or higher based on the day) -Respond to customer emails from general email inbox -Assembling customer binders for the production process -Order processing and order entry using LN Infor by Oracle -Other duties as assigned.
