Qualifications: High School Diploma, Supervises: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. * Performs the necessary office routines and practices associated with a busy, yet productive and smoothly run school office. * Maintains such student records as shall be required. * Receives and routes incoming and outgoing calls and written communications. * Maintains absence affidavits and helps secure substitutes. * Assists teachers in preparing instructional materials as directed by the principal. * Attends to ill and injured students. * Types correspondence, forms, reports, certificates, etc. * Assists with withdrawals and enrollments. * Other duties as determined and assigned by the Principal/Assistant.
