You'll be a key part of the launch team that will help bring the electrification revolution to driveways, job sites, and highways everywhere. BlueOval Battery Park Michigan will produce the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells to power the next-generation Ford EV passenger vehicles and trucks under development. This new wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company will create more than 1,700 jobs when production begins in 2026. What you'll do... * Supervise/Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work. * Manage and supervise all production activities according to production orders, inventory and delivery dates provided by suppliers. * Ensure the completion of production plans and the delivery of goods on time with high quality. * Oversee the formulation, revision inspection, supervision, control and implementation of management systems such as production, equipment optimization, safety inspection, environmental protection, and production statistics. * Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership. * Build strong interpersonal relationships and create a conducive work environment for teams to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks. * Support Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and coach problem resolution to the lowest level. * Ability to work various shifts and hours, including weekends.
