The Production Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. **General Responsibilities** + Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments + Arranges priorities based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials + Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on determined priorities + Reviews manufacturing and quality control standards + Develops and implements activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives **Experience / Qualifications** + A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. + Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members + Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands + Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation + Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results + Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity + Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) + Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers # Additional Experience/ Skills + Oracle Experience is preferred + Aerospace Industry experience helpful + Supervisory experience is preferred + Able to multitask This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
