McNally Industries, located in Grantsburg, is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician. The Lead Maintenance Technician will coordinate any Equipment Maintenance required. And maintain the preventive maintenance program and perform actual maintenance by acting as a technician. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate in a busy task-oriented environment. Schedule and prioritize maintenance needs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Communicate with Production Management on issues regarding machine tool and facility activities, work area safety concerns and supply status. Install, setup, maintain, diagnose and repair complex machine tools and equipment. Including researching and ordering of required parts. Work with external service providers to obtain quotes and schedule services. Maintain the machine tool preventive maintenance program. Work with Production Control personnel to minimize the impact to the production schedule. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/ Experience: High school graduate or equivalent required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: "Hands on" experience in a maintenance environment. Ability to perform well in a heavy workload environment Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
