In this role as a Field Service Technician, there will be a mixture of remote technical support and travel to service automated medication dispensing systems. Remote work from your home office would consist of providing customer support, remoting into the customer's device/network to complete software upgrades, support installations, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. When traveling, you will be responsible for installing both hardware and software for automated medication dispensing devices, and then delivering education to the healthcare professionals within healthcare systems throughout the United States. Assignments requiring travel may be local, regional, or national (anywhere within the United States). Due to the travel and standard business hours, the role requires open availability Monday through Friday, and would involve working 40 Hours or more weekly per assignment needs. The role is estimated to complete up to 25% travel, 75% remote work, however this percentage may vary at times depending upon client need.
