Currently, we are seeking aTier 2Field Supportto join our Team! **TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION.** Shift:Day Shift, Monday - Friday (Multiple Openings, Multiple Levels) Must Have: + Hardware experience + Remote Assistance + Remote Desktop Primary Responsibilities: + Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software + May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals + Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions + Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites + Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure Education & Experience: Level 2: + Bachelors degree & 10 years' experience + No degree & 15 years' experience + IAT Level 1 (A+ or Network+) Level 1: + Bachelors degree & 5 years' experience + No degree & 10 years' experience + IAT Level 1 (A+ or Network+) Clearance Requirements: + TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (vested immediately), FSA, LTD/ STD, Paternal Leave, PTO, Federal Holidays to include Birthday, a 2-week Sabbatical, and Emergency Facility Closure Days.
