The Shipping Associate Worker--Textiles is responsible for coordinating the paperwork and system information for textile products for shipment. * Manage loading, unloading, and staging of products at the warehouse. * Manage the loading, unloading, and staging of raw materials. * Audit unloading and loading of product. * Run proper production and troubleshooting reports out of SAP and Oracle. * Perform quality checks according to standard work as well as inspecting for damage. * Understand SAP and Oracle and how we use the system to manage the business. * Prepares products for shipping, load trucks for shipment and supports outbound shipping activities. * Communicate with planning process to smooth out the loading process. * Conform to the requirements of ISO 14001 and comply with all applicable regulations and requirements. * Maintain customer focus at all times to work to resolve customer issues. * Use documents and computer system to accurately process materials through Oracle and SAP. * Keep the workspace and equipment clean and well organized. * Perform proper preventive maintenance as required on any equipment being used. * Follow all safety guidelines and uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Support the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball International and National Office Furniture. * Follow and support the Quality system. * Performs job rotation as directed; train others in material handling roles, remain flexible and will occasionally perform other roles in the area. * Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).
