About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team at UPR - THE LAST HOTEL. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for handling all inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience at our hotel.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwarePreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality roleFluency in multiple languagesExperience with hotel management softwareResponsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional mannerCheck-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accuratelyHandle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactionsCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are metSkills:As a Front Desk Associate, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also use your strong attention to detail to ensure all guest accounts and transactions are accurately recorded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software will be necessary to perform daily tasks.
