Job Description Inventory & Invoicing Manager - Alpharetta, GA ADM - Golden Peanut Full-time Exempt Position Responsibilities * Supervise the inventory related activities from reconciliations, coding, reporting, production for blanching products, kernels, seed and all locations * Supervise Blanching Invoicing, both domestic and export * Supervise Invoicing of Argentine peanuts, both domestic and export * Supervise Invoicing of 3rd party shelled goods purchased from outside shelling companies. Invoices Farmer * Supervise Credit Memos and Returns via Salesforce case numbers and Credit Memo/Debit Memos from Credit Manager * Supervise Monthly Aflatoxin and Leek fees invoices to major customers * Supervise the adding of new Broker codes, Brokerage calculations, payments and Answer Broker questions * Supervise the Updating of price range for Sales group and for Seed Sales in system * Supervise the Support to Plants, Sales, and Logistic personnel * Proof Invoices before mailing to Customers Brokerage emails * Position entry of Tonnage, Yields and updating manufacturing report * Support the locations on the Position - help with answer and question and working on location position * Works closely with Logistics and Credit Manager * Research missing documentation between Logistics and plants * Perform any other duties as assigned * Process Cancel/Reissue invoices for corrections Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred * Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a similar role * Strong understanding of accounting, inventory and invoicing procedures * Advanced knowledge of MS Office * Strong communication and organization skills are essential * Problem solving, decision making and follow-up skills, with the ability to apply these skills to multiple disciplines at the same time.
