Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic call center environment. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction - Input customer data and maintain up-to-date records in the system - Work collaboratively in a call center environment to meet team goals - Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order processing - Schedule appointments as per customer requests - Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and politely - Actively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and offerings - Continually strive to improve processes and customer interactions. Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word - Ability to answer inbound calls and offer exceptional customer service - Experience in a call center customer service role - Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks - Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls - Strong skills in email correspondence - Ability to schedule appointments effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
