About the team and position As an Inventory Coordinator you will have the opportunity to work at one of our Inspection Centers while being responsible for verifying the automotive inspection process and managing vehicle repair orders as needed. The qualifying candidate must love helping people, enjoy being part of a team, and possess the drive to help achieve superior customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization at the Inspection Center. What you'll be doing Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ● Perform inventory operations including stock in vehicles, and move vehicles around the inspection center. ● Working closely with our reporting and Inventory Management Systems. ● Ordering parts and coordinating part distribution. ●Tracking vehicles and moving them to the correct locations. ● Other job duties as assigned. What you should have This is an entry-level position that requires someone who is interested in continuing their career in the automotive industry and is interested in working for a company that promotes from within. Requirements include: ● The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English ● A valid Driver's License ● A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to work in a team environment ● Ability to physically operate equipment and use appropriate vehicle cleaning equipment ● Production driven personality that isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and dive right into the day-to-day ● Ability to follow Carvana standardized processes when it comes to our vehicle reconditioning standards ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold) The pay range for this position starts at $16 per hour + may increase based on experience. In addition, overtime is paid at time and a half when overtime is needed.
