Qualifications GS-12 Minimum Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: Work experience providing technical assistance within an interdisciplinary team to tribes or comparable entities and other comparable oversight organizations on matters relating to Water Rights, Water Resources development, and Water Settlement Implementation. Work experience must demonstrate the ability to coordinate work with other state and federal partners to meet milestones in the overall effort to fully implement projects. Examples of specialized experience include responsibility for tracking projects associated with Water Settlements from beginning to end, ensuring best practices are used and being fiscally responsible; ensuring Tribal Water Rights are not injured and engage with activities involved with state Water Adjudication; and/or providing Technical Assistance to Tribal Water Departments on other matters outside of water settlements and adjudications. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.
