Salary up to $110,000/yr. plus $12,000/yr. bonus potential * 100% premiums paid for medical and dental (employee only coverage) * 100% premiums paid for basic life insurance, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and employee assistance program. * 100% premiums paid for Telemedicine (if elect medical coverage) * 20% discount on rent in our communities * 401k match up to 6% * 3 weeks PTO for 1st year * Employer HSA contribution (if selected High Deductible medical plan) * 10 paid holidays What we need from you: * 5+ years' experience in site-based property management of large residential portfolios (500+ units) * 3+ years' experience in multi-site residential management * Advanced understanding of fair housing laws * Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance and construction * Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software. * Be able to provide great customer service to our residents. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong critical thinking skills * RealPage experience preferred Salary Description Up to $110,000
