You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with healthcare organizations, including physician practices and healthcare networks, to understand their EHR needs and deliver tailored solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience in healthcare technology sales and relationship management, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their journey with Greenway Health ensuring they maximize the benefits of our EHR software. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: * Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at healthcare organizations. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges related to EHR implementation and optimization. * Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial contact to post-implementation support. Sales Strategy and Execution: * Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territory. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients. * Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management and implementation specialists, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client expectations. * Product Expertise and Consultative Selling: * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our EHR software capabilities, features, and benefits. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our solutions and address client-specific needs. * Provide consultative guidance to clients on leveraging EHR technology to optimize clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and achieve regulatory compliance. Contract Negotiation and Closure: * Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable while aligning with company policies and profitability goals. * Drive the sales process from initial contact through proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful closure. * Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasts accurately. * Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: * Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the healthcare IT sector. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, positioning strategies, and areas for differentiation. * Leverage market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing our competitive advantage. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) * Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in healthcare technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare IT solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships within healthcare organizations. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities * Ability to travel as needed to client sites and industry conferences. * Keen understanding of the ambulatory care space * Strong healthcare information technology industry, regulatory, and product knowledge * Commitment to continuous education * Proven negotiation and presentation skills * Excellent listening and communication skills * Change agent across verticals, being agile in an ever-changing industry. * Help facilitate and adopt change internally and externally. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously. * Strong delegation skills (internal and external) * Accountability driver (internal and external) * Adapt to modernization of tools to communicate with clients. * High EQ * Ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
