Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience or technical training in automotive repair is preferred. * Basic understanding of automotive systems and components. * Familiarity with diagnostic equipment used in automotive repair. * Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team environment, and uphold Meineke's commitment to high-quality work. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction. * Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
