What We're Looking For: Customer Service & Sales Experience: Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related office environment. Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus but not required. Strong Communicator: You're great at building relationships over the phone and can clearly explain products and services. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems. You're organized and can manage your time effectively. Education: A college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. What You'll Do: Sell Memberships: Drive sales by engaging with potential customers and promoting our membership options. Provide Exceptional Service: Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Stay Updated: Keep informed about industry trends and our expanding range of services. Schedule & Benefits: Full-Time, In-Office Position: This role requires weekend availability and includes one evening shift per week, working until 7 PM.
