Job Description

Office Clerk Full-Time Job Requirements: * The Office Clerk is responsible for checking in and out trailers and communicating with the drivers. * Assigning trailer numbers to carrier loads efficiently. * Uploading all yard checks, tarp jobs, and rail work throughout the day. * Updating supervision and drivers on changes in loading schedule. * Handling the paperwork and bills with outside carriers and preloads. * Checking yesterday's uploads for errors and relaying those corrections to the home office. * Keeping office clean and orderly. * Other duties as assigned by management. Work Schedule and Compensation: * Monday - Friday 6:00 am until end of shift (overtime may be required) * Starting pay: $16.00/hour * Weekly pay every Friday with direct deposit available. * Benefits offered after 90 days of employment. Must pass background check, drug screen and be 18 years or older.
