People Services - AdministrativeWhat you'll do:In this Administrative Support role, you will provide support to our busy, growing People Services Team. You will perform administrative, coordination, and project support to the organization's People Services Team. Additional duties include assisting with the recruiting and hiring of new Associate-Owners and working with outside vendors. This position interacts with Associates of all levels of the organization and has exposure to sensitive information, which requires a high level of confidentiality. The ideal applicant should be able to multitask, be comfortable talking on the phone and in person with Associates and outside vendors.
