Job DescriptionGPAC is working with a prestigious law firm specializing in trusts and estates. We are committed to providing top-notch legal services to our clients. To support our team of dedicated attorneys, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled PART TIME REMOTE Associate to assist our staff. Responsibilities and Duties: Administer trusts; prepare estate administration documents Distribution, allocation and funding of sub-trusts Preparation and review of accounts, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns Oversee court matters from the filing of a petition to recieving filed order from the court. Attend Court proceedings, remotely or in-person as needed. Requirements: 2+ years' experience in trusts and estates. Be able to support estate planning, trust, and probate practices. Excellent organization, computer skills and math skills Ability to analyze facts and discovery to apply to statutes and case law on point Member of the Connecticut Bar is required.
