Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm **File Clerk job requirements:** + Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices, etc.) + Organize and files documents and records. + Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance. + Make photocopies and digitize documents as needed. + Distribute documents to internal correspondents. + Sorting, delivering, picking up and sending mail. + Troubleshoot office equipment as needed.
