We're a team of experienced professionals who understand the difference that excellent customer focus and accountability can make.JOB SUMMARYThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) works directly with sales agents and customers to process orders, update requests, handle issues and other tasks as necessary. The CSR is responsible for effective customer service for all customers, both internal and external, while operating within the established department policies and procedures. This is a fast paced and time sensitive work environment.Position Requirements:Provide quality customer service and support to sales agents and customersEnter and audit orders in a timely and 'right the first time' mannerProcess purchase orders, expired inventory requests, create invoices and credit notes in alignment with standard workResponsible for releasing orders to distribution in a timely mannerProvide Return Authorization Numbers to Agents for Product Complaints and expired product returnsAssist with management of Customer Service InboxCollaborate and assist Customer Service Manager, Account Managers and internal stakeholders to help support agents and customersSupport with training and onboarding of new CSR's and other department personnelContribute to the work environment that fosters team pride and promotes personal growthMaintain and project a positive attitude and professionalism when assisting internal and external customers regarding all product and business issuesManage the administration of customer requirements, using the ERP software systemManage, update and maintain master customer information with accuracyCreate, update, and improve (as needed) Customer Services Standard Operating ProceduresFacilitate set up process of new accountsResponsible for incoming callsUse of various portals to retrieve and/or acknowledge paymentsPartner with finance on corrective actions needed using root cause analysisResponsible for pricing resolution and liaison with agents/hospitalsProduct research to assist with agent inventory requestsMaintain electronic & paper filing for assigned accountsOther duties as assigned for required to support the sales agents and customersSkill Set Required:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to remain calm under pressure with deadlines and various client demandsAble to prioritize and organize work, as well as being flexible about constantly shifting prioritiesAbility to work with a variety of different personalities with many pressing deadlinesDemonstrate flexibility, positivity and a proactive attitude to change with a strong and resilient professional approachMicrosoft Office: expertise in Word, Power Point and proficient with Excel, Outlook and TeamsStrong written and verbal communication skills including strong listening skillsHighly customer focusedEducation and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing or a related field or the equivalent of relevant work experiencePrevious office environment experience required2-5 years Customer Service experiencePrevious ERP experience is preferredExperience in a Medical Device/Biotech firm preferredCorin provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Other details Pay Type Salary Apply Now
