Monday-Friday Schedule* Weekly Pay* Volt is immediately hiring a Warehouse Shipping Clerk for a local leading organization in Ventura County Full Time Hours: 7am to 3:30 + OT Hourly Pay: $18-19/hour As a Shipping Clerk you will: * Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials * Enters data for outgoing shipments and incoming materials in the computer * Uses RF scanners, computer, and printers * Fed Ex and UPS experience a must * Material handling * Provide basic quality inspection on outgoing packages * Print shipment labels and custom documents where necessary * Ensure shipments are properly loaded into the delivery and transport vehicle * Track and update the status of outgoing shipments * Insure correct packing techniques for outgoing shipments * Troubleshoot shipping issue that arise and work to solve them * Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition Shipping Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: * Domestic Shipping Experience * Fed Ex and UPS Software experience * Experience Dealing with Freight Forwarders and Carriers * Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirement * Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
