We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Heating fuels team.Schedule Monday- Friday 8am - 5pmStarting pay $18.50 hour / depending on experience Sandri Energy is a family-owned business with a proud history dating back to 1930. As we continue to grow, we are committed to maintaining the values that have sustained us for generations .Key Responsibilities:-Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.-Accurately open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all data is correctly entered.-Process daily paperwork and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.-Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing top-notch service.Qualifications :-Strong data entry, telephone, and basic math skills.-Ability to multi-task effectively and manage time in a fast-paced setting.-Proficient in using computer application softwareEqual Opportunity Employer:Sandri Energy is committed to building a diverse workforce.
