Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, recording customer orders and billing, and providing accurate and friendly assistance. Hours for this position will be Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.Key Responsibilities:Reviewing orders and billing data for accuracy and completenessPreparing and distributing invoices to customers via mail, email or electronic billing systemsMonitoring billing cycles and deadlines to ensure timely invoicingCommunicating effectively with customers and co-workersResearching and resolving order and billing discrepanciesMaintaining accurate records of orders and billing activitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans.100% 401(k) matching up to 5% on 1st day of employmentPaid Time Off (PTO) accruing up to 3 weeks in the first yearRequirementsQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, billing, or a related field is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and patience.Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.It is the policy of E.H.
