Duties: * Work two mandatory weekend shifts per month. * Greet residents and visitors entering the residential hall. * Verify that residents have completed a desk pass. * Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the desk area. * Submit a form using the QR code at the desk at the end of each shift. * Answer resident inquiries; if unable to answer, contact the RA on call or provide the RA with the on call phone number.
