Job Title: AVP, Strategic Projects Lead - Infrastructure This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative infrastructure projects that will shape the future of our organization's technological capabilities. The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Strategic Projects Lead for Infrastructure, drives infrastructure initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of project management practices. Responsibilities * Leading the development and implementation of a project controls development plan to enhance efficiencies and continuous improvements. * Leading the review of existing program project control processes and identifying areas for improvement. * Serve as a liaison between the Global Head of Infrastructure and other stakeholders, including IT, vendors, and customers. * Facilitate communications and feedback between the Global Head of Infrastructure and team members, enhancing collaboration and culture. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. * Lead and oversee multiple strategic infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Develop and implement financial and strategic planning activities for infrastructure initiatives. * Manage the process of delivering strategic and significant infrastructure projects identified by leadership. * Participate in developing strategic and operational plans and budgets per organizational objectives. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. * Prepare and present project status reports, briefings, and documentation to senior management and other stakeholders. Qualifications * Minimum 4-7 years of experience in program/project controls for IT infrastructure programs. * Bachelor's degree: Master's degree preferred. * Expertise in project scheduling software and interfacing control systems. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. * Good analytical and writing skills and the ability to understand stakeholder needs and provide feedback. * Expert in communication and employee engagement. * Ability to drive and manage multiple projects at the same time. Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $125,000-$140,000. The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
