Your future team: You will become part of the Operations team reporting to the Director of Operations. What you will be doing: * Overseeing the development and execution of Lage capital projects ($100,000 - $1,000,000) and small capital projects (below $100,000) within manufacturing site boundaries. * Adhering to ROCKWOOL Group Project Management Guidelines, including financial planning and post-implementation follow-up. * A3 problem solving for developing the project idea to project planning * Developing business case with cost & benefits analysis. * Applying investment application for group management approval. * Managing project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting with a commitment to excellence. * Identifying and addressing project risks for seamless execution. * Handling procurement, vendor, and subcontractor management for smooth project operations. * Monitoring and controlling project quality and performance for optimal outcomes. * Tracking and reporting project progress in alignment with plans. * Leading project close-out activities and updating documentation for future references. * Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to enhance project efficiency. * Effectively communicating with all stakeholders * Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and record of decisions and changes. * Addressing the issues and challenges that arises during the project, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track. * Assessing and integrating regulatory requirements into project concepts for compliance. * Ensuring installed machinery meets Rockwool Inc. production policies and safety/environmental standards, conducting total environmental evaluations and risk analyses. What you bring: * Bachelor's degree in engineering * Project Management designation and/or PMP certification * Process control experience within a continuous flow manufacturing plant. * 5 years in project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant. * Strong experience working with automated systems/conveyors. * Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. * Strong experience with MS Office products. * Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Project * Excellent Leadership skills.
