REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or higher * Good organizational skills * Able and willing to learn new responsibilities. * Excellent communication skills * Ability to learn and understand necessary quality controls and procedures. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to plan, organize and perform with limited supervision. * Exhibit prompt and regular attendance. * Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. * Willing to work shift with variable start time, weekends and holidays as needed. * Willing and able to work overtime as needed during seed and harvest seasons. * Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed. * Exhibit a professional image at all times, maintain a positive and respectful attitude If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
