RAKA Rentals is looking for a Service & Warranty Administrator for our Omaha location. The Service & Warranty Specialist is responsible for the day to day process of warranty administration, parts management & orders as well as dispatch services. This role is critical to the operations of the RAKA team and will interact with many individuals within and outside of the organization. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES*: Warranty: Ensure warranty documentation is prepared and managed according to OEM guidelines. Review and submit documentation and images of failed parts and arrange their shipment to vendors. Timely and efficiently submit warranty claims. If rejected follow up with OEM for further processing. Work closely with the service department and operations managers to meet warranty repair and paperwork standards. Establish positive and professional relationships with company personnel and vendors with parts, warranty, & service-related issues. Parts: Resolve parts inventory challenges using problem-solving skills. Maintain an accurate parts inventory Manage inventory, pricing, and estimates while adapting to fast-paced environments. Dispatch/service: Schedule and dispatch field technicians and provide them with accurate job site information. Collaborate with operations managers to address issues and handle service requests promptly. Organize work requests, customer inquiries, and complete tasks efficiently. Use telematics to help locate and accurately pinpoint machines for technicians Provide Preventative maintenance reports using RMUI and Telematics Review invoices and ensure they are billed to workorder. Review workorder for parts, labor and status. Close workorders in a timely manner or submit for warranty.
