Our dedication to quality and innovation propels us to continually produce top-notch goods that surpass industry norms, guaranteeing our cherished customers the highest level of satisfaction.Position Overview: The 1st shift Production Supervisor will be a key member of the production team, responsible for coordinating and supervising production operations in order to ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality products. This position requires strong organizational and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate production operations, including scheduling personnel and equipment, and ensuring timely production of quality products.Supervise and mentor production staff, providing training and guidance as needed.Identify areas for improvement in production processes and develop methods to improve efficiency.Ensure production operations comply with safety regulations and policies.Analyze production data and report any concerns or issues to management.Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Ensure production meets quality standards and customer specifications.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:5+ years of production experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.Experience with Six Sigma methodology.Excellent problem solving and communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.A plus to be bilingual in Spanish & English!A plus to have experience with Injection Molding/Plastics!BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionOvertime payPTOApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
