Good knife skills, knowledge of meat and fish prep.Perform the Physical Demands - Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high-temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoopPrefer kitchen experience of 6 months minimum.Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Pays up to $20 per hour Mekiko Cantina offers a Kitchen Education & Appreciation Program.  A 3% fee, applied to each bill, allows our kitchen staff to share in the success of the restaurant and creates a better guest experience.  This fee is paid out to the back-of-house team every week.  It helps Mekiko attract and develop top talent, fosters teamwork, rewards consistency, encourages creativity, and elevates the expectations of our entire staff. Join our team and share in our success.JB.0.00.LN
