The Clinical Nurse Manager will participate as a member of the hospital's management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making with attention to the role, functions, and operations of the clinic's nursing services. The position is responsible for patient care, management, resource management, and fiscal management.*Supervisory Responsibilities:** Responsible for nursing staff performance, staff recruitment, staff retention, and staff development.*Roles & Responsibilities** Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice in the institution.* Assesses the quality of care rendered.
