You will be joining a team of physical therapists, athletic trainers, certified medical assistants, and case managers to provide a comprehensive team approach of care to our client company's employees.A candidate will be expected to hold a CRNP or PA-C license in good standing in the state of Michigan, have good *orthopedic/musculoskeletal *skills, preferably at least two years' experience and an understanding of occupational medicine, excellent and dynamic people skills, good communication skills, professional confidence, and be an independent thinker.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:* Conducting triage procedures for initial evaluations for musculoskeletal disorders and injuries such as sprains, strains, lacerations, and contusions* Safety surveillance procedures such as pulmonary function testing, hearing testing, eye exams, UDS testing and DOT's* Joint injections* Suturing* Medical screening* Treatment planning* Completing clinical notes* Working closely with our Case Manager and worker's compensation case management team* Provide additional Primary Care related services from time to time.Please send cover letter, resume, and professional references.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: $55.00 - $73.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 - 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Retirement planMedical specialties:* Occupational MedicineSchedule:* 4 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Choose your own hours* Day shift* Monday to Friday* OvertimeApplication Question(s):* Do you have suturing experience?License/Certification:* Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required)Work Location: In person
