The ideal candidate will have expertise in tax preparation and reviews, financial statement preparation, accounting, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation all while working in a fast paced deadline driven environment.Responsibilities:- Preparing individual, corporate, partnership, non-profit, gift & fiduciary tax returns- Assisting in complex tax planning for corporate and individual clients- Supervising and training other team members- Managing assigned client relationships including client meetings and communication- Researching tax issues and preparing tax opinion letters- Review financial statements for accuracySkills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Strong financial report interpretation abilities- Proficiency in financial statement preparation- Knowledge of accounting principles- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements- Proficient in payroll processes- Skill in general ledger reconciliation- Knowledge of technical accounting practicesRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting- Licensed CPA- 5+ years of public accounting experience (10+ preferred)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to handle multiple engagements- Experience reviewing the work of others is a plusJoin our team as a Tax Manager and contribute your expertise to our organization's success.
