In this role, you will be working as a Field Service Technician for a client that work in the capital equipment manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for installation and maintenance of food service capital equipment at client sites. This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role can be worked remote and will require travel to client sites. Degree preferred 5+ years of experience doing field service and maintenance for capital equipment - food service equipment preferred Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex problems Maintain accurate records of service calls, inventory, and expenses Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
