Lenze Americas, the American subsidiary of Lenze SE of Germany, is headquartered in Uxbridge, Massachusetts; corporate global headquarters are in Hamelin, Germany.Position Title : Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) Location : Uxbridge, MA Hours: 3:30pm-12:30am Potential Earnings : $65,000 - $75,000 (Dependent on Experience)Seeking an experienced (2nd Shift) Production Supervisor to contribute to the accomplishment of department productivity, quality, and delivery goals by supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring workflowsKey Responsibilities Include:Coaching and providing technical expertise to resolve processing issuesCreates and ensures corrective actions are implementedInsure the appropriate level of accountability for facility goals and objectives at the team leader and team member levelsMonitor and take appropriate improvement actions in a timely manner to meet production quality and quantity goalsUtilize problem solving techniques, team building strategies, process control, and continuous process improvement tools to meet or exceed the facility key operating statisticsConduct, lead, or implement the appropriate process audits; the audits will identify the need for appropriate containment, corrective and preventive actions, leading to minimizing or eliminating process deviations and non-conforming product root causesMaintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.RequirementsQualifications and Experience Include:3 years manufacturing experience with 1+ years of supervisory experienceDemonstrated hands on experience in production manufacturing environmentISO 9000Statistical analysis (six sigma) experience preferredLEAN Manufacturing experience preferredProficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft WordProficient in SAP or similar ERP systemCompany Benefits:Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical and Dental Insurance - PPO and HMO OptionsFSA, HSA options Eyemed Vision Insurance401(k) with up to a 4% company match with FidelityUp to 3 weeks of PTO 10 company paid holidays (8 fixed and 2 floating holidays)Company paid short term, long term, and ADD & D insuranceUp to 13 weeks 100% paid parental leave after one year of serviceSupplemental insurance plans (Identity theft, cyber protection, additional life, etc.)Tuition reimbursementLenze is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
