As a Product Support Representative, you're the hero behind our business-to-business sales, focusing on contract maintenance programs and catalog parts. You'll spend 80% of your time captivating new clients, 10% reinvigorating existing relationships, and 10% ensuring our cherished customers always feel valued and prioritized.Key Responsibilities Your Daily Adventures Include:Charting new territories and strengthening key accounts.Leading the charge with cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and persuasive presentations.Crafting innovative sales strategies and forecasts, and dazzling with product demos.Developing a master plan for territory management, centered around customer satisfaction and loyalty.Creating a comprehensive customer database, tracking everything in our state-of-the-art CRM.Collaborating with manufacturers and our internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Planning your impactful weeks with tools like to maximize efficiency.
