Our core values are: D - Determined I - Innovative S - Smile R - Responsive U - Understanding P - Proactive T - Teamwork Key Accountabilities 2nd Shift Supervisor, Manage and Hold Your Team Accountable (Oversee Line Leads) Verify and enter Production Worksheets before submission Inventory Management Meeting production goals and timelines and drive efficiency Quality control What You'll Do: The mission of this role is to produce a high-quality product within customer expectations and deadline requirements while following the proper Korpack white-glove service processes. The role is responsible for tracking, organizing, executing, and shipping the preparation of all kits during daily warehouse operations.Primary Responsibilities:Oversee Line Leads Lead, Manage, and hold your team accountable for set objectives and goals. Train, coach, and assess team members, performing corrective actions as necessary Lead the team to participate in decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement process Provide thoughtful feedback and innovative ideas in support of daily operations Inventory Management Lot accuracy Drive proper inventory management utilizing best practices within ERP Meeting production goals and timelines Ensure the department meets and/or exceeds production goals on time Understand, work within, communicate, evaluate, and achieve the department's KPIs Work with minimum supervision and proactively, predict, identify, and resolve problems Quality control Follow the standard operating procedures and communicate through proper channels to make recommendations for process changes and efficiencies SQF, USDA, FDA, ISO process follow-through and compliance Demonstrate an absolute commitment to safety and model safe behavior Report defective material or questionable condition Perform other duties as assigned.What We Expect of You (Qualitatively) Communication / Confidence: Exceptional communication skills to have alignment on project goals, how the team is tracking, and confidently make decisions to drive results. Ensure effective staffing and training of line crew. Self-starter: Ability to learn how to troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment & processes to produce quality products. Attention to detail: A strong detail-driven mentality to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, safety, compliance, problem-solving, and communication within the manufacturing environment. Tech savvy: Ability to learn how to effectively use and operate computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP system (Acumatica).
