We are recruiting for a General Maintenance Technician for medical office buildings in Columbus, OH. Job Responsibilities This position will assist with basic building maintenance tasks: replacing light bulbs and ballast, painting, minor wall repair, adjusting door closures, changing filters and various plumbing tasks. Job Requirements * Valid driver's license and means of transportation * Basic computer literacy is required * Some knowledge in Microsoft Office is a plus.
