The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, and will provide strategic financial input to senior management. While keenly overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our firm.Responsibilities:Drive the company's financial planning and performance by analyzing its performance and risks. Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems. Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system. Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.). Oversee all audit and internal control operations. Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis. Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives. Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines. Implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence systems. Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures.Qualifications:Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role with a minimum of 10-15 years in a senior financial managerial position. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software. Ability to strategize and solve problems. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and people skills. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers. CPA is a strong advantage. BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategic, operational, and financial expertise who can drive business profitability through strategic financial insight, leadership, and management.
