This role will be fully in-office.What you'll do:Provide day to day support to Studio Manager and Director.Schedule and coordinate all studio bookings.Coordinate and schedule all studio and facility crews and daily and weekly basis.Maintain constant communication with A&Rs and Artist Management to ensure all needs are met before, during and after their time at the studio.Hire and coordinate all catering, equipment rentals, daily engineersManage and direct cleaning crew and other vendors required on-site for events and other activities.Approve time sheets for vendors and crews in timely manner.Manage POs, recurring payments and other studio expenses on daily basis.Manage all internal reporting.Keep projects within agreed budget and schedule/timeline.Work closely with other departments and employees across the business as needed.Who you are:Have two (2)+ years of music or entertainment industry experience. BA degree is preferred not required.Music industry experience is preferred.Previous studio experience technical a plus.Effective Spanish and English communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexible to work off-hours and/or weekends on an as-needed basis.A proactive, self-starter who has strong problem solving, social, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still paying attention to detail and spotting potential issues is absolutely key.Strong computer skills including MS Office (advanced Excel proficiency preferred).Impeccable organizational skills.Exceptional time management skills.
