Job Description

Primary responsibility is help both the customer and testing departments to facilitate testing. This includes gathering missing information and assisting customers with questions. In addition, this position supports the Office Supervisor and office staff. ResponsibilitiesReview testing packages after receipt to ensure all necessary documentation is included to set up testContact customers for credit card numbers and purchase ordersContact customers to obtain missing information and documentsContact customers when tests are received and ongoing during testingField questions from customers on service issues, test status, and use of Q-Lab websiteExplain our procedures and policies to customers as needed to help smooth the processRecord significant information in relevant locations: general client files and laboratory systems.Work with customers and shipping department to ensure satisfactory shipping method, provide tracking information when requestedPass all information to another department if a higher level of explanation is necessaryAssist with weekly invoice approvalsRequirementsMust have a high degree of customer service desire, be great with customers especially in a phone call. Must know our procedures so that a quick and accurate explanation to the customer, and fast resolution can be made. $16 - $17 an hour
