Job Title

Responsibilities: The primary purpose is to perform general mechanical troubleshooting and repair equipment. * Troubleshoot and solves all mechanical problems . This includes replacing parts such as bearings, pulleys, belts, chains and sprockets. * Repair drive component such as motors, gears, reducers. * Ability to follow through and make sure proper parts are ordered * Ability to use hand tools • Knowledge of all related hoses and fittings * Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks * Ability to follow applicable safety and environment requirements, food safety, GMPs. * Basic knowledge of welding • Ability to adjust equipment as needed to reach targeted production demands * Understand lock-out/tag out procedures * Perform other duties as assigned * Must have organizational skills * Responsible for maintenance Required Skills * Previous mechanical experience highly preferred but willing to train * Previous experience in Basic Electricity, Pneumatics, Mechanical Power Transmission, Welding * Proficient in trouble shooting * Education/Experience in the use of measurement tools and instruments * Education/Experience in interpreting schematics and pneumatics * Proficient in verbal/written communication with upper management
