We are a leading firm in the legal industry, providing top-tier services to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on providing high-quality, detail-oriented administrative support to our attorneys. This role will involve a significant amount of client contact, document management, and general administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team of attorneys, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. 2. Managing and organizing a high volume of legal documents, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible. 3. Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for the team. 4. Handling a significant amount of client contact, both in person and via phone/email, ensuring all client inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. 5. Assisting with the preparation of legal litigation documents, including drafting, editing, and formatting. 6. Conducting legal research as required, and providing summaries of findings to the team. 7. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry. 2. Proven experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 3. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. A high degree of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. 6. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. 7. A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and work independently. 8. Experience in legal research is an asset. 9.
