Join an industry leader in recycled packaging solutions.Why join us?Comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits 401k with company match Vacation/Sick Time Growth OpportunitiesJob Details1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available!Perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, preventive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the plant business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve facilities.Track and maintain electronic records on all maintenance and repairs to machines and facility. Control the budget and maintenance expenses in conjunction with the manager. Establish the working hours for the department in conjunction with the manager. Direct and delegate workload to maintenance personnel. Ensure all processes, procedures and documentation are BRC compliant. Perform supervisory duties related to personnel decisions, including but not limited to; writing and conducting performance evaluation, hiring, disciplinary and termination decision in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.Qualifications: Possess a degree or equivalent experience. At least 2-3 years maintenance experience in extrusion and/or thermoforming. 3 years leadership and training experience. Strong sense of commitment and urgency. Strong problem-solving skills.
