This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and take charge of the day-to-day operations of our production facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in areas such as brick, ceramics, or refractories and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant operations including maintenance, fabrication, conveyors, electrical, and machine operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact on the success of our company.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained. Develop, implement, and manage maintenance and preventative maintenance programs for all plant equipment, including machines, conveyors, and electrical systems. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize plant operations and implement new technologies and processes. Manage the fabrication process, ensuring that products are produced on time and within budget. Oversee the plant's electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the plant. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding plant operations and safety. Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of brick, ceramics, or refractories. Proven experience in maintenance, preventative maintenance, fabrication, conveyors, electrical, and machine operations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
